When Argyle Apartment Building came on board with Rosen Management Services in 2003, they were in the middle of multiple capital improvements. RMS dove right in to assist them with the rehab and rebuild of the porches, a full electrical upgrade throughout the building, concrete replacement, and dry walling in the basements. With the success of these projects, the Board of Directors has entrusted RMS to manage upcoming capital projects such as tuck-pointing and replacing window lintels this year. Since RMS began assisting the Board of Directors in these large projects, progress is moving fast.
With the continued success of the Board and RMS, additional necessities have been added to the building to improve the overall value of the property, such as new security system, a state of the art new boiler and heating control system, and beautiful refurbished front doors.
RMS assists the Board of Directors by attending all closings and contributes to the finalization of all closing documents. Rosen’s continued dedication to upgrading and rehab has increased the value of the property and pleased the Board and the owners.
