Randy Rosen, President, began his career in property management in 1973. In 1980, he founded Rosen Management Services. He obtained the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation issued by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). His experience as a real estate management executive and consultant includes managing condominiums, home owner associations, residential properties, government-subsidized housing and commercial properties.
Mr. Rosen served the Chicago Chapter of IREM as its President and was awarded the Chapter’s most prestigious award “Manager of the Year.” Mr. Rosen is a national faculty member for IREM, teaching its accredited Property Management courses. In addition he has lectured at many professional seminars and has authored several articles on Property Management.
Mr. Rosen has served as a member of the Property Management Council for the Chicago Association of Realtors. He was one of the founding members, and served on the Board of Directors of the Property Management Resource Center; a non-for-profit organization established to provide assistance to community based housing organizations.
In addition to IREM, Mr. Rosen is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and the Association of Condominium, Townhome, and Homeowners Association (ACTHA) and has been a featured speaker for those professional organizations.
