Web Based Software


There are exciting advances coming with our new web based software. The technology with this software will provide the means to become more "electronically" based in correspondence and can be specifically tailored to the needs of your Association. Some of the exciting features of the new software include:

  • An individual log-in for each owner which will provide access to their account on-line
  • An events calendar for the Association
  • A FAQ (frequently asked questions) section
  • Direct links to other websites (i.e. The City of Chicago, etc)
  • The ability for owners to fill out forms and make requests on-line
  • Notices broadcast to owners via the internet, which can save on postage and copies.
  • On-line pay of assessments through credit card or one-time debit from an owner's bank account
  • Real-time access to a host of reports for Board Members both for financial information and other managerial reports
