Randy Rosen, CPM President of the firm, started his property management career in 1973. He is a Certified Property Manager. His experience as a real estate management executive and consultant includes managing condominiums, conventionally financed residential properties, and government subsidized housing and commercial properties.

Mr. Rosen served the Chicago Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) as its 1988 President. He was awarded the Chapter's most prestigious award "Manager of the Year" in 1989. Mr. Rosen is a national faculty member for IREM, teaching its accredited Property Management courses. In addition he has lectured at many professional seminars and has authored several articles on Property Management.

Mr. Rosen has served as a member of the Property Management Council for the Chicago Association of Realtors. He was one of the founding members, and served on the Board of Directors of the Property Management Resource Center; a non-for-profit organization established to provide assistance to community based housing organizations.

In addition to IREM, Randy Rosen is a member of CAI and ACHTA.
